Rules and Regulations for the Tournament

1) All armies must be painted and only reasonable proxies allowed (i.e. a Panzer IV H for a Panzer IVJ, when in doubt ask.  Any proxies must be approved ahead
of time or will be removed from play).
2) Rounds will be determined by game play results and each player will be seeded with an opponent of their caliber.  Victory point match-ups are a higher priority
than any other form of match-up, so be prepared to play any army type or opponent.  That being said, all effort will be made in the first 3 rounds to provide
Axis vs. Allied and avoid same army type match-ups.
3) Players are responsible for monitoring the time and the judges will announce time intervals throughout the tournament.  A true act of sportsmanship is not
starting a new turn if both players will not be able to finish that turn.  The game should be called if both players cannot finish their turn and the results
should be calculated.
4) When time is called the game must immediately end regardless of the action taking place in the game.  New turns cannot be started even if starting the new
turn would award an immediate victory or cause a player to make a company morale check.

Mobile Rocket Launchers
A Guards Rocket Mortar Battalion that fired may take a Skill Test in the Assault Step instead of taking part in an Assault:
•If it passes the Skill Test, remove all Smoke Trail markers from all Rocket Launcher teams in the battalion.
•Otherwise, they are too slow in getting away, leaving them vulnerable to counterbattery artillery fire using the Fire In the Sky rule page 138 of the rulebook.
