next level.

Instructor's Bio:
Lyn Stahl has been painting and collecting miniatures since 1997. She was introduced to the hobby
by a friend who also played D&D. From day one, she was hooked on painting.
In 2009, after a job layoff, she painted while in school and job hunting. Friends offered her money
for painting their miniatures and from there, Metalhead Minis was established. Metalhead Minis
became an extremely busy shop with clients from multiple companies such as Ironwind Metals,
MegaCon Games, ACP Games, and more.  As well as many private clients all over the world.
Over the years, Lyn has competed in multiple competitions and won awards. She has also been
teaching miniature painting and other hobby related topics at conventions and local game stores
since 2008. With over 20 years of her teaching and training experience, the Metalhead Minis
classes are designed to cater to people of all learning types and have been very successful.

Class Title: Airbrush 101: Learn the basics
Number of Registrants: 1 - 8
Fee: Free. This class is free, you simply need to have your own air brush or you may not participate.
Pre-Reg Seating closed June 1, 2016. Seating is limited and is on a first come first served basis.

Note: this is a Class.  As such, there is a fee associated with it.

Description:
This course is targeted to those who have recently started using their airbrush and are looking for
applications beyond priming and 1 layer of basecoat.

In this course, you will learn the basics of using
an airbrush. We will go over basic use, maintenance, and cleaning and overall care of your tool.
This course will then explore basic techniques that you can use with your brush to apply your first
coats of paint to help you achieve layers and contrast so that your basic tabletop minis no longer
look flat.

To attend this class you must have your own personal air brush.

Instructor Bio:
Pandios has been painting miniatures for 5 years. Since picking up his first miniature, he always
enjoyed painting them more than playing. Once he saw a few videos and galleries online and
learned that there were other people that strived to paint at a higher level, he focused more on
painting than playing. Since then, he has continued to practice and learn new techniques to help
make his work stand above the rest. With the help of other colleagues, Pandios wants nothing more
than to spread the joy of painting to other individuals and to let them know that with a little
determination, anyone can paint.

Seminar Title: One Shots and other Short Games
Number of Registrants: 1 - 10

Description: Whether it's games for a convention, or ones occurring at home what do you do when half of your players are missing?  Sometimes, it's not possible to continue the campaign without these missing
players. Short, single session games are appealing in this case. This seminar focuses on ways to construct short stories, and use
One Shots as a way to explore new systems, characters, develop minor points in
the campaign, and develop player backgrounds.  These One Shots provide a way for players to develop their characters OR to explore new RPG Systems.  Come learn these valuable insights from Texicon's own
Role-Play Magnate as he delves into those less explored aspects of adventures and systems.
